How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy and use its "Manage subscription" link, or sign in at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders with the email you paid with. You can cancel at any time, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year, until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
What's your refund policy?
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. Requests after heavy use — for example a large number of exports in that week — are reviewed individually. If a renewal charge surprised you, contact us within 7 days of it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What does the Free plan include?
3 full-chat exports and 5 single-message exports every month, in every format. The count resets on the 1st of each month.
