1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. No complicated conditions — just contact us within the window and we will process your refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at nuinguyen01bv@gmail.com or anuis2508@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number, or
• Use the customer portal link in the purchase receipt sent to you by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Renewals

For automatically renewing subscriptions, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged again. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will review your request.

4. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service (for example, attempting to bypass license checks or repeatedly purchasing and refunding). The free plan is always available so you can evaluate the product before paying.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we are happy to help and most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being revoked.
