Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how anuis258 ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Chat Exporter browser extensions and this website (the "Service"). We are committed to keeping your data private and processing as little of it as possible.

1. Our Privacy Principle

We collect only what the Service needs to work, and we never sell personal data. Markdown and JSON exports are built entirely in your browser. PDF, Word, Google Docs, Notion and Print exports are built on our server, so the conversation you export is sent there for the few seconds it takes to build the file. It is not stored afterwards.

2. Information We Do Not Keep

• The text of your AI conversations. When an export passes through our server, the conversation is used only to build that file and is not saved to a database or log.
• The files you export. A generated file is deleted from our server as soon as it has been sent to you.
• Your AI platform accounts or login credentials.
• Your Notion access token. It stays in the extension's storage in your browser; our server only passes it on to Notion with each export.

3. Information We Do Process

• Export records: for every export we record the time, the format, the file name (usually taken from the conversation title), whether it was a full or partial export, your license key or account email, your IP address and your browser's user-agent. We use these records to count your monthly allowance, to diagnose failed exports and to prevent abuse, and keep them alongside your license records (see section 6).
• Purchase information: When you buy a paid plan, our Merchant of Record Paddle or Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email, billing details, and payment information to complete the transaction. We receive only the information needed to provision your license (such as your email and order status). We never see or store your full card details.
• License / account email: Used to validate your subscription and unlock paid features in the extension.
• Optional integrations: If you choose to export to Google Docs or Notion, you authorize the extension to write the document into your own account. Notion exports are relayed to Notion through our server. We use these permissions only to create the export you requested and do not read your existing files.
• Support messages: what you send through the contact form, including any screenshots you attach, so that we can answer you.
• Basic website analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views) to improve the website. This does not identify you personally.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information above only to: process payments and provision licenses, provide and support the Service, communicate with you about your purchase or support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each with their own privacy policy:

• Paddle or Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
• Google and Notion — only if you choose those export destinations (via your own authorization).

6. Data Retention

Purchase and license records are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data as described below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at anuis2508@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
